Situated beside Warfleet Creek and straight across from the Dartmouth Pottery (which is now luxury flats) not only is it well placed to walk into town but it also backs onto National Trust Land with coastal walks, fabulous scenery and hidden coves.  Dartmouth Castle is just around the corner. Blackpool Sands, the privately owned award winning beach, is 5 minutes drive away.
